Quick info about Billy: he is from the Comic Book version of GIJoe, the son of Cobra Commander. In addition to the missing eye he's got an artificial leg that's ridiculously advanced for when it was built, mostly cause it was created by the same inventor that came up with many of Cobra's cracked out vehicles.
Like many people in Fandom, Billy's got one fraked up past. Unlike most people in Fandom, he's trying to hide that past, so telepaths, he's most likely lying if he tells you anything about said past. Also Kessler is not his real last name. That should do it.
