Info Post for Billy
Sep. 2nd, 2007 06:40 pmAnd how many times have I done this now?
Billy is from the Comic Book version of G.I.Joe. For those who are not familiar with that at all, it's about a cracky military black ops team who try to stop a cracky terrorist group called Cobra from taking over the world.
The main villain of G.I.Joe, is a man called Cobra Commander. He is batshit insane, and in the cartoon, he is a whiny pushover, and some kind of mutant alien thing.
In the comic book he's as human as you or I, but is much, much more dangerous than his animated counterpart. And far more competent, despite being defeated time and again. Billy is his son. He has a very complicated relationship with his father, who has at turns, washed his hands of his son, tried to kill him, and tried to brainwash him. The eyepatch and fake leg are the result of this relationship. I took Billy from the end of the first run of the comics, and sent him to Fandom.
When he first arrived he had a cover story that he stuck to rather strictly, but lately he's been re-thinking that. So, whatever he tells you, might be the truth, it might be a lie, or some combo of the two.
