OOC: Fandom Day Trips!

l1ttle_billyHey folks it's occurred to me that there are several fun, exciting, and historically interesting places all within fairly easy driving distance of Fandom! So I'm putting out a call for anyone who might be interested in checking some of these places out! And any muns who also know of some that aren't on the list behind the lj-cut, feel free to speak up.
Baltimore's Inner Harbor: Kick Ass Aquarium, Science museum, shops, restaurants, Anime Con late in the summer, also you can tour a submarine, a light ship, lighthouse, and an old Navy Sailing Ship.
Maryland Ren Fest: Late Summer Early Fall there is the Md. Ren Fest in, get this, Maryland. Huzzah!
Solomon's Island: Quiet little bayside town with a fun maritime museum and a lighthouse to tour.
St. Michael's: Pretty much the same only on the other side of the bay.
Ocean City: Kick ass boardwalk with arcades, rides, shops and restaurants.
Jamestown, Williamsburg and Yorktown Va: Three historically important places in US history. There's recreations, walking tours, archeological digs, and Williamsburg is a living museum. And while we're down here, how about visiting
Busch Gardens: Roller Coasters, shows, over priced food and gifts! Europe themed, and really fun around Halloween.
Virginia Beach: Really really kick ass aquarium and more!
King's Dominion: More roller coasters shows and over priced food and gifts! And Cartoon Characters and Star Trek Aliens walking around.
Six Flags: Sick of Roller Coasters? Too bad cause they're here in abundance as well as a swell water park, and Looney Toons walking around.
And of course, lest we forget, DC. Fandomites have had a lot of fun there in the past.
So! Who wants to go on some adventures? Who has other suggestions?
