Billy sat in the open window, one leg stretched along the ledge outside. The Baltimore trip had been an absolute bust. But at least it had given him plenty of time to himself to think about things. He'd placed a handwavy call to Ami asking to speak to her, and now he was just killing time sulking brooding.
