Oh, hell no. Hadn't these bastards put Ami thought enough?
Just as the alien had finished its projection, it had a katana slicing through the tentacle holding Ami, and then a nodachi slicing off its head, one action swiftly following the other and Setsuna glaring down at the body with her blades drawn to her sides as she stood over him. //"Your last premonition was wrong,"// she said, glancing over to Ami, gasping and sputtering as she recovered from both the possession and the fall from the tentacle. //"I highly doubt this will be correct, either."//
With a sneer, Setsuna realized that talking to a dead body wasn't helping anything, hurried over to Ami to aid her to her feet, and hurried along toward the ship. She tried not to shudder. She...sure hoped she was right.
//"Shit,"// Setsuna grunted. She really couldn't blame Ami at all, though. Drawing in a breath, she sheathed her other sword and knelt down to take Ami up into her arms. At least Ami was lighter than Ranma-chan...carrying her wouldn't be hard at all, even with Setsuna's exhaustion. She just hoped they'd make it to the other ship without any encounters.
