"Damn," Shawn muttered, nodding as he headed over. "Yeah, should be able to do something," he said moving to help support Lana so he could lower her to the ground.

Lana looked up at him and Conner gratefully. "Thank you," she whispered.

Shawn gave a tiny reassuring smile, and nodded. "It's we're here for," he said crouching forward and laying his hands carefully on her shoulders, really hoping to avoid any injuries.

"Makes us feel manly, or something," he continued lightly. He's mostly going for a distraction attempt as he started to concentrate on getting her healed.

Lana realized she couldn't feel any pain. She felt better than she had all week. In fact, she was beginning to be able to move again. She put a hand out to try and help herself sit up. "I... this is amazing. I feel so much better."

"He's a healing ninja that way," Conner said with a grin. "And you're looking a lot better already."

Not that this was weakening his resolve to pop Wyatt one, later.

Lana let out a deep shaky breath. "So, what now? How do we get out of here?"

"Same way we got in, I guess," Shawn said, leaning forward to help support her while she recovered a little more. "There's a ship docked which we travelled here in. So, we should maybe get you back there."

Conner took a cue from Shawn and moved over to support Lana on the other side. "Yeah, 'cause given the options? It's a long drop and that's not my kind of thrill ride."

Lana was starting to get her bearings. "So, this is all real, like actually happening? I was, we were, really abducted and experimented on by aliens?" Just the thought made her feel sick again.

Shawn frowned, and nodded slowly. "Yeah, unfortunately, very real." He sighed glancing back over his shoulder just in case. "And they're still about, so we should probably get you out of here and to somewhere safer."

Conner got a better grip on his sword. "Just . . . keep an eye out. I can at least buy you guys some time if it comes to that."

"Thanks, man." Shawn nodded slightly at Conner in appreciation. He then looked back down to Lana. "You think you're okay to stand yet?" he asked.

Lana nodded, rubbing at her legs. "Yes, I think I can. I don't know how fast I can move, but I'll do my best."

"Don't worry," Conner told her. "We'll get you home, and then you can try and outrace me next time we go running, really soon now."

Shawn smiled slightly and nodded, in agreement with that comment. "You'll be back to normal in no time," he said holding out a hand to help her up if she wanted it. "And I'm pretty sure these aliens, will wish they'd never come here."

Lana stood up a little shakily. "I just want to be home and know that they'll never take me away again." She looked around. "Which way to the ship?"

"Back that way," Shawn replied, jerking a thumb over his shoulder. "Once we get you off this ship, you'll be much safer," he assured her. "No more aliens."
