"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!" Conner was having a hard time finding traction for his feet as he shoved at the bulk of the dead alien, what with gooey dead-alien ichor and the water from Tori's attacks all over the floor. If he wasn't so concerned with getting the stupid thing off Lana, he'd be embarrassed by the difficulty.

. . . hed be embarrassed by it later, anyway.

It took a couple of undignified slips and falls onto his rear end before he finally succeeded in freeing Lana. "Oh, geez," he groaned, taking in her wounds, then scooping her up into his arms. "Tori, I'm gonna go find Shawn, get her some help, okay?"

Tori would have apologized for the water being all over and giving Conner difficulties, but right now she too preoccupied with making sure Lana knew she was safe.

She nodded. "Okay, I'll see if anyone else needs help." Glancing at Lana and then back to Conner, she gave him a small smile. "Be careful."
