Umbridge's Office, Late Thursday Night

A figure dressed in black, and wearing a balaclava and black goggles picked the lock of Umbridge's office with practiced ease.

"You'd think she'd have a magic lock on this thing by now." He shook his head. "Arrogance." When the door was unlocked, he waved to his companion, and picked up a paint can.

"Yeah, really," Tori followed Billy in, carrying a paint can for herself. This was well worth the risk of being caught. "Maybe she thinks after everything that's happened, no one else will dare mess with her," she scoffed, glancing around at the horrid office.

"Well, she just refuses to ever see how wrong she constantly is. By the way, you know I'm not doing this for fun right?"

He shut the office door and popped open one of the cans, and laid down a few tarps.

"I'm not sure she'll ever see that," Tori frowned. "I do, yes." She nodded, feeling that this was a way better option than approaching the woman directly and getting hexed again. "Trust me, this is tame compared to what I wanted to do to her when I found out how she'd hurt Luke."

"Is that what his deal is? What'd she do?"

Out came the brushes and rollers. "I'm gonna start where the plates are, that's gonna require some precision work and I want to get that out of the way."

"Kind of, yes," Tori admitted, grimacing. "She fired a spell at him that cut a deep gash into his arm and when he tried to take her wand away? She slammed him into a wall."

Why yes, if looks could kill and Umbridge was around? One look at Tori and she'd be dead. "I was ready to come down here and throttle her, but Luke told me it wasn't worth it. I've never seen him get so angry."

Tori shook her head and sighed. "Okay, I'll start over on this wall, then. Shouldn't take too long," she mused and began coating the wall in blue.

"Add suggesting she get a lawyer to my list of what to say to her if I ever meet her. But I told Luke I wasn't trying to pick a fight, so I won't. Falling back on old teachings is getting more and more tempting though."

Tori chuckled lightly. "What I would give to be a fly on the wall if you ever said that to her," she admitted. "Yeah, I'm not either but it's really hard not to. Especially with what she's done to the people I care about," Tori sighed, thinking of Luke, Phoebe and Bridge.

"I can't imagine why," she commented dryly, wondering how that woman slept at night. Tori honestly hoped this would piss her off. And possibly push her over the edge, so she left.

"How's Luke when it comes to holding grudges? We weren't exactly on the best terms after our last discussion."

The kittens were looking at Billy curiously as he carefully painted around and between the plates. Who knew meditation, bomb making and ninja training could be applied to not getting paint on magical collectors plates?

Tori had to think about that for a moment. She continued to paint the wall as she pondered the answer. "Honestly? I don't know. Normally, I'd say he doesn't really hold any but lately? I'm not so sure," she admitted. "What happened? If you don't mind me asking."

Tori lowered her paintbrush and attempted to wield the paint like she would water. It was liquid and surprisingly enough, it worked. So there she was, using one of her ninja powers to cover one wall. It was much quicker that way.

"Cheater." he snickered. Then he sobered. "Well for one thing he wasn't crazy about this plan. He seems to think all my t-shirt wearing and protesting is for fun."

Tori laughed and shrugged. "A girl's got to what a girl's got to do," okay, so she totally made that one up. But it sounded like a good comeback.

"No, he really wasn't," Tori remembered her conversation with Luke and how he'd really not liked this idea. "I'm sure he knows it's really not." Yes, Tori liked to see the optimistic side to everything, shush.

"He did convince me to not go to her office and say what I'd like to say to her. Though if she goes much further with the punishments and decrees I might have to change my mind again."
