In retrospect, Billy thought that Tibet might not have been the best choice of summer getaway. Mainly because it had not helped prepare him for once again having to lie about who he was.

But if he had to pretend to be someone he wasn't, while trying to become someone other than who he'd been, this was a nice place to do it.

He tossed his bag on his bed, which joined the rest of his stuff, and went to the window. The view of the bay was fantastic.

"Oh holy shit." Tony said when he came in. He'd been in Florida for a while, wondering when his room mate would show up. "A damned pirate."

"Not quite." Billy grinned. "I'm William Kessler, and if you're Tony Walsh, then I'm your room mate."

"I am Tony. Welcome to Florida Cap'n Bill. Says the guy who just moved in himself."

Billy had to take a moment to adjust himself to this new nickname. He'd been 'Billy' for so long, that this was weird.

"Cap'n Bill?" he snickered. "That's a new one. So you're not a native of Florida?"

"Nope, I'm from Wyoming originally. I'm not used to all this water. It frightens me."

Billy snickered. "My last school was on an island off the coast of Virginia, so I'm used to it. Don't worry, it won't hurt you."

Oh, look. Billy's phone was ringing.

Billy had opened the window and was sitting on the ledge when the phone rang. He leaned back in the window and grabbed the reciever from his desk.

"You've reached the coconut telegraph office."

Adam grinned upon hearing how Billy answered the phone.

"I'd like to a coconut telegraph to a guy by the name of William Kessler. Is that possible?"

"Oh I think that can be arranged. What's up man? How are things in sunny Virginia?"

"Awesome," Adam laughed. "Not too much, except for the fact that I got a new roommate and it's a girl," he added. "The newbies arrived. I think they're adjusting. We had little furry things show up and go for the ankles. I think they wanted socks or something."

Yeah, that was a new one.

"How are things on your end?"

"Not nearly so exciting." Billy said. "I remembered to give my room mate my cover story instead of the truth, so that's something. So, tell me about this female room mate of yours. She hot?"

"I'm sure it'll change soon enough," Adam shrugged. Always the optimist. "Yeah, he believed you then?" Hey, he was worried, okay? "Her name's Annja Creed, she's a redhead. You'd like her," Adam laughed. "Don't get me wrong, she's attractive but she's no Eve."

"I do like the red heads." Billy agreed. "And yeah he believed me. Didn't have any reason not to really. Dude, you have got to come to Florida sometime. It's beautiful."
