l1ttle_billyHis sophomore year of school was over, and Billy had grand, grand plans for the summer. He hoped some friends would join him on his adventure.
He thought the Nation's Capital would be the perfect place to kick off this tour of some of the country's sights he'd never actually seen. And some he had.
