His sophomore year of school was over, and Billy had grand, grand plans for the summer. He hoped some friends would join him on his adventure.

He thought the Nation's Capital would be the perfect place to kick off this tour of some of the country's sights he'd never actually seen. And some he had.

"Yeah. I guess on the whole of it, most wars are bullshit. They should never have started. But there always seems to be some asshole who wants to ruin it for the rest of the world."
